【What is FWP(R) from Tenryu Composite?】

【Filament Winding】
Several to dozens of glass (carbon) rovings are aligned and continuously wound at a specified angle onto a rotating mandrel (core) while being impregnated with resin, and then demolded after curing.
Mass production is possible, and high mechanical strength is achieved through continuous fibers. We own six filament winding machines, and the mandrels can accommodate various sizes ranging from Φ5mm to Φ500mm.
Moldable dimensions: outer diameter Φ600mm, total length 5000mm (may not be possible under certain conditions).
